Hello Pradeep,

I hope you are having a great day!

In regard to your inquiry, please note that WinAutomation needs  to be installed on the target machine to which you are trying to captive your mouse clicks on.

Having WinAutomation installed on your local machine, then an RDP or a Citrix session is just considered to be a window and not another  actual desktop. This being the case you may automate a Citrix window but it would be challenging as you could only use mouse clicks, send keys and image recognition + OCR actions.

This is why, in cases as such, we suggest that you have  WinAutomation installed on the target machine. If WinAutomation is installed on the Remote/Citrix machine then you will be able to access all the controls and  use web automation and UI/Windows actions on it, rather than mouse and keys  actions.

Additionally, please note that in WinAutomation 8 Professional Plus, the “UI / Windows” Actions have the ability to interact with SAP elements.
