Populate Rich Text Editor form field

Hi, I'm trying to automate the customer ticket creation on some Service Desk Apps (ex. GLPI, Zoho Desk, Attlasian, ...) and doing it with Web Recorder. How ever when I get to the description/comments field it is, usually, a Rich Text Editor and the Recorder only recognizes as a Web Link. So the web recorder does not allows to filled it. I'm inspecting the page's source code and what I see is that these fields are editable tags

or

How can I populate those fields?

Hello Javier,

In case you want to populate a field on a web page, you can use the "Populate Text Field on Web Page" action. Keep in mind that you can combine all the available options - Macro/Web recorder and Process Designer - in order to build your process.

Hi Konstantinos thanks for your reply.

The problem I'm having is that this text areas are not recognized as text fields neither for the Populate Text Field on Web Page command or the recorders.

I thing that is because these fields, tecnically, are not text fields but css classes. Ex.

<div class="redactor_editor" contenteditable="true" dir="ltr" style="height: 150px;"><p><span style="">Konstantinos</span></span></p></div>

How can I work with this kind of fields?

Javier, I would try Mouse click on the RTE element followed by Keyboard input.
