error al iniciar un trigger

Buenos días, tengo un problema intentando utilizar el "Email Monitor Trigger" y el "File Monitor Trigger", cuando intento correr los triggers, en el log monitor me muestra el siguiente error:   RMRJ05 internal error while attempting to start process.

Me gustaría saber si esto es porque estoy usando la versión trial y si esto se soluciona adquiriendo alguna de las versiones pro o pro+

Hi Daniel,

This could be a connectivity issue where the communication with User Agent seems to be failing.

To address the issue with services please try restarting the WinAutomation services - WinAutomation server and WinAutomation MachineAgent windows services. 

You can do so from Services (Run as an Administrator) > right-click on the service > start/restart the service.

Test if the erroneous behavior is resolved.

If the issue still persists, we strongly suggest that you consider creating a new support ticket for the error you have received in debug mode and our team will assist you accordingly.
