How to get the job location in this input (when is has an empty line after the delimiter and before the "Foster City, CA")?

Please note that you could either use (?<=Job Location:\s*)\w.*?[A-Z]{2}, which incorporates the change of line, or avoid the look-behind completely like so: \w.*,\s[A-Z]{2}.
