Mouse scroll without Java? Is it possible?

Hello,  I need to scroll to a certain place in a Excel filter; "remove duplicates". No hotkeys seems to work in this filter and my idea is to scroll down to a certain place is identified and click.  But i cant find any function to scroll a mouse without using Java? Any ideas welcome. Thank you.

Can't you just click on the scroll bar arrow until the element appears?

Yes that could be done as well as pressing tab and down arrow to manually get to the location but actual sending a scroll mouse wheel instruction would be quite handy if possible. Not sure how it can be done?

Have you tried set UI action for set checkbox control ?...You should be able to check your desired checkbox.
