In case WinAutomation Console is grayed out, there is a high chance that the WinAutomation license has been unassigned/de-registered from the Machine ID. 

The Machine ID changes in case updates have been made to the Windows system.

In order to resolve this issue, you need to:

  1. Login to the User Area with the email under which the purchase was made.
  2. On the license key of interest Click on the "Unassign License" link, in order to unassign your License Key from the previous Machine ID
  3. Navigate to the WinAutomation Console and re-import your valid License Key.

If you do not have an account on the User Area, please, do create one and activate it from the email that will be sent to you.
