The following error message will appear while opening a ProcessRobot Module if the corresponding User has not been added (registered) to the Control Desk.
In order for the issue to be resolved, a Control Desk Administrator would need to:
- Navigate to "Settings -> User".
- Press the "New User" button.
- In the popup window, press the "Select User" button.
- Use the popup form in order to locate and add the appropriate domain user.
