In case the Folders Pane in Control Desk is not visible,  apply the below steps in order to resolve the issue.

  1. Close any running instances of the Control Desk on your machine.
  2. Go to "C:\Users\Your_Username\AppData\Local\Softomotive" and delete the folder that includes the "ProcessRobot.ControlDesk._StrongName" prefix in its name.
  3. Go to "C:\ProgramData\Softomotive\ProcessRobot" and delete the "GlobalSettings.dat" file (keep a backup first)
  4. Go to services.msc and restart the "ProcessRobot Server" Service
  5. Start the Control Desk.
