In case the Folders Pane in Control Desk is not visible, apply the below steps in order to resolve the issue.
- Close any running instances of the Control Desk on your machine.
- Go to "C:\Users\Your_Username\AppData\Local\Softomotive" and delete the folder that includes the "ProcessRobot.ControlDesk._StrongName" prefix in its name.
- Go to "C:\ProgramData\Softomotive\ProcessRobot" and delete the "GlobalSettings.dat" file (keep a backup first)
- Go to services.msc and restart the "ProcessRobot Server" Service
- Start the Control Desk.
