While setting up an Email Monitor Trigger through Control Desk or WinAutomation Console, upon hitting OK, the Health-check procedure takes place.
The steps that are followed in the background are presented below:
Connect to specified IMAP server -> User Authentication -> Get specified Folder -> Open Folder -> Retrieve Emails with the specified criteria
In case the Health-check procedure fails in one of those steps, the following message appears:
If the failure happens after the User Authentication step the Trigger may operate as expected. Probably the IMAP Server settings may prevent this procedure from getting completed.
