This error message is related to the Control Desk component of ProcessRobot and its ability to communicate effectively with the ProcessRobot Server(s).


There are two possible reasons why this message would appear in the Audit tab, depending on the architecture of your installation of ProcessRobot.



Single Server Installation


In this scenario, the error message would appear if the Control Desk component was launched at a time where the connection with the ProcessRobot server was temporarily lost. As soon as the connection is reinstated, the Control Desk will function as intended.



Multiserver Installation


In this scenario, the Control Desk was launched and during that time, the network communication between client-server was being transferred to a different server. As soon as the handover is complete, the Control Desk will function again as intended.
