The WinAutomation Console freezes when trying to access the "Logs" tab, with the below error.
The issue typically occurs when the "Logs.dat" file's volume has passed a threshold. To resolve this, proceed as below:
- Close the WinAutomation Console.
- Launch "services.msc" and stop the "WinAutomation Server" and "WinAutomation Machine Agent" services.
- Navigate to "C:\ProgramData\Softomotive\WinAutomation". Either rename, keep a backup, or delete the "Logs.dat" file.
- From "services.msc", start the "WinAutomation Server" and "WinAutomation Machine Agent" services.
- Launch the WinAutomation Console.
Alternatively, to prevent the "Logs.dat" file's volume from increasing too much, you could consider using the "Archive" feature of WinAutomation.
