This issue is usually related to the Windows privileges that were given to the Process to run in comparison with the permissions required by the relevant window/application to interact with. It is a Windows/user-related security issue.

In order to confirm that this is the case, none of the following actions must work on this window/application:

  • UI/Window actions
  • Image recognition actions
  • Mouse related actions
  • Keys related actions

As a  workaround , you can always launch the UserAgent as administrator.

In WinAutomation, if the UserAgent is not already running and you Launch the WA Console as administrator, it is also making the UserAgent to start as administrator.
