Security suites may block the Robot to perform a VBscript action.
An example with Antivirus X and WinAutomation:
- Antivirus X recognizes .tmp files generated under "C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Temp\WinAutomation" as malware.
- Antivirus X erases each .tmp file generated which prevents us to perform the "Run VBScript" action.
- At the server module of Antivirus X, allow the entire directory location - "C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Temp\WinAutomation" - on the security exception list.
- Alternatively, the only way to perform a VBscript action is to disable Antivirus X.
